Description
A note on embodiment
Embodiment is a way of listening.
It’s the practice of bringing attention back into the living experience of the body… into sensation, emotion, breath, and movement – as a way of staying present with what is true.
In this circle, embodiment isn’t about doing anything “right” or reaching a particular state.
It’s simply an invitation to notice and listen.
In listening this way, a relationship with oneself begins to emerge… shaped by trust, presence, and care.
