Enter the Way of Tea through a traditional Cha Dao ceremony – an immersion in quiet, presence, and deep internal listening. In the stillness, what has been waiting beneath the surface begins to speak.
From tea, we enter the body: music, movement, breath, and sound become the language of integration. Through both guided and self-led exploration, we honor what has risen – unspoken truths, longings, memories, wisdoms – each given space to move and be moved.
We close in circle: witnessed, resourced, and returned.
